Welcome to Nafplio! This tour is specifically designed for first-time visitors to Nafplio who want to see and learn as much as possible in just 1 to 1.5 hours.

We begin our tour either from the lobby of your hotel or from the port of Nafplio. Starting from the iconic Land Gate, we pass through the old city walls to visit the Cathedral and Saint Spiridon Square, the exact site where Ioannis Kapodistrias, the first Governor of liberated Greece, was assassinated.

Continuously, we walk to Syntagma Square, the heart of the city, to explore its historic buildings spanning different time periods, such as the Archaeological Museum, the Vouleftikon (which housed the first parliament of the free Greek state), and Trianon (the Old Mosque).

Next, we venture up to the enchanting fortress of Akronafplia, perched atop the namesake rocky peninsula, where you will be spellbound by the breathtaking panoramic view. Finally, we head to the peaceful old port to marvel at the Venetian fortress of Bourtzi, the absolute trademark of the city, built on the islet of Agioi Theodoroi. After the city tour concludes, we head back to the port or your hotel.
