Archaeological Museum of Pylos

The Archaeological Museum of Pylos is housed in the "Maizonos building" located in the archaeological site of Niokastro Fortress.

The recently organized permanent exhibition titled "On the traces of Pylos ..." invites the visitor to travel back to the archaeological past of Pylia through finds unearthed in the area.

The exhibits date back to a period spanning from the Prehistoric period until Roman times.
