On the east Peloponnesian coast, in the idyllic landscape of the region of Leonidio, 4 km after Tyros and just 500 m. from the sea shore, five small fully equipped villas, configured to perfectly meet the needs of guests, both for summer and winter vacations, compose “Dio Guesthouses”.
Built on a sloping piece of land offers unobstructed views of the Myrtoon Sea, while flirting with Parnonas mountain (natura 2000).
Designed with great respect to the local architecture, nature and privacy, all villas have terraces protected from prying eyes, private gardens with concealed lighting and outdoor lounges and a breathtaking view from all over the place.
The desire of the owner was guests not be isolated, but at the same time to be able to ensure privacy whenever they wish.
The combination of mountain and sea promises magical moments and getaways that fulfill the most special expectations.
The accommodation is located in an olive grove and consists of 5 small villas, from 75 to 120 sq.m., with 2 or 3 bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, 2 or 3 bathrooms, private gardens and sharing a communal swimming pool.
The swimming pool with surrounding landscaped seating areas and sun lounges, the deck with coffee tables and cared gardens ideally offered for relaxation and fun.
The fully air conditioned spaces and the warmth of the fireplace are giving the opportunity to the visitors come in during the winter months and enjoy the unique combination of mountain and sea in a comfortable environment.

The residential complex " DIO GUESTHOUSES" was built on a sloping plot 2.500sq.m.
The slope allowed the architect to form private gardens and patios with unobstructed sea view and absolute privacy.
Alongside public spaces and corners as well as a common swimming pool have been created, that can provide a relaxing and tranquil hospitality to visitors.
Finally a sufficient number of parking spaces to serve the needs of the resident are incorporated into the general landscaping.
In an olive grove of 2,500 sq.m. have located five independent villas with private gardens, a communal swimming pool, as well as seating areas furnished with sun loungers, lounges and outdoor tables to ensure the pleasant, relaxing and stay of the guests. Enjoy!

Villa MALEAS covers 75 m2 on two floors
On the upper floor are located the living room with a fireplace and a TV plasma 32 inch, the kitchen, one W.C. and a covered furnished veranda with a great view to the Aegean.
In the sitting room there are two sofas, one of them can be used as an extra bed, a second extra bed that comes up from underneath by using a mechanism joins the other.
The ground floor consists of two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other one has two single beds that can be joined as a double bed.
The two bedrooms of the house share a covered furnished veranda, with direct access to the private garden of the villa.
All rooms are air-conditioned and have their own TV. The villa has Ethernet internet connectivity and Wi-Fi, both inside the house and in public areas.
Outdoors the villa offers a private garden and autonomous terraces, giving a unique sense of relaxation and privacy to the guests.
At the same time guests enjoy the common gardens of the 2,500 m2 estate, endowed with wooden pergolas, walkways, trees, flowers and flower beds.

Villa Prastos covers 100 m2 on two floors
The ground floor consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two of them share a bathroom and they communicate with the upper floor with an internal stair.
One has a double bed and the other two single beds that can be joined to a double bed.
The third bedroom is independent with its own entrance and features two single beds united which can been also used as a double too (there is no gap).
All the rooms in this floor have access to the individual perfect sea view, with wooden pergola and furnished garden of the villa.
On the upper floor there is a fully furnished living room, with fireplace, TV plasma 32 inch, the sitting room and its continuity on the one side there is a comfortable fully equipped traditional kitchen and a WC and on the other a private perfect sea view terrace and an external staircase leading to the private garden of the residence. In the sitting room there are two sofas. One of them can be used as an extra bed.

Villa Parnonas covers 120 m2 on three floors
The ground floor consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom. One of them is a big bedroom almost 20 m2 fitted with a big double bed, a sofa that becomes a 1.3m bed, a coffee table and a secretaire.
The second bedroom is a small one with a single bed and a second bed that comes up from underneath joining with a mechanism the other creating a double or two single beds.
From this level there is access to the private, furnished, with a perfect sea view, garden of the villa, which communicates with the upper level with an external stair. All the three levels of the villa communicate between them with an internal stair.
On the upper floor there is a fully furnished living room, with fireplace, TV plasma 32 inch, a corner sofa that can be used as a bed for at least 1 person, and its continuity on the one side there is a comfortable fully equipped traditional kitchen and a WC and on the other one a private terrace with perfect sea view.
